Information we collect

- Assessment content and responses submitted by candidates and reviewers.

- To deliver assessments, score responses, and produce results.
- To improve quality, calibrate difficulty, and prevent abuse.
- To provide support and meet legal and contractual obligations.
Data residency & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We support regional data residency and apply least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and routine security reviews. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements. Candidates may request removal of their assessment data through the organization that invited them.
Terms of service (summary)
The service is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates. We provide the platform “as is” with commercially reasonable availability targets described in your order form.
